Due to the rapid increase in the number of the aging population,this shotage of health care professionals will be on-going and will gradually worsen.

As said in the Journal of American Medical association (March 07), one way of filling up theses vacancies  created by this shortage is rapid recruitment of foreign born HCP ,until more definitive measures can be  undertaken.

I have worked in many different hospitals all over US over the last 14 years.I have personally experienced the on-going crisis of this shortage of HCP's in most hospitals and more so in the medically underserved areas.

We plan to start recuritment  first from  Bangladesh the country I am originally from.It a small country on the Eastern side of India.

The other language you will view in the website is Bangla , the second language used in  Bangladesh , the official first language being English.

We have a plan to expand to other countries of Southeast Asia ,  Carribean,  South America , Africa , and Europe Canada   in course of time.

We also have plans to work on exchanging medical/nursing students between US and Bangladesh to broaden their horizans.

Lastly,Momtaz is my mother's name. This was her dream.She died 20 years ago.Her dream did not.Please pray for her departed soul.

We have plans of establishing a Hospital, Medical School  and Nursing institute in Bangladesh for the underprevileged section of the community.
